Byramine Brewery
The Byramine Homestead was built in 1842 by the famous explorer Hamilton Hume for his sister-in-law, Elizabeth Hume and her nine children after her husband was murdered by Bushrangers, in Gunning NSW.
Now days the homestead boasts its own range of boutique beers, ciders and even wines.
Its brewer, Wade McPherson has taken his passion for beer to the next level starting doing country pub tours, he now makes his own range of handcrafted beers onsite while his wife Nicole runs the heritage listed homestead.
